This customer email us on Dec. 21 2014 It was discussed with a co- worker and I thought they were going to reply to hi. It must have been overlooked and since I never heard from customer again I assumed it was taken care of. All the customer needs to do is bring us the vehicle title and the correction should be done by Penn D.O.T in 2 or 3 weeks. If they decide to mail us the tile we can not be responsible if lost in mail and they would pay Penn dot 50.00 to replace it unless the post office can track it for them we are a family business and since the 1960's you don't have any negative post on us that shows how we take care of our customers! We look forward to getting the issue resolved for the customer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I have dropped off the tittle to be fixed. I only wished they would have tried to contact me rather then send smart remarks on a letter. While I do thank them for fixing the problem, I do not see me doing any business with them after reviewing there remarks. Totally unprofessional and on called for in the 2nd letter. How hard was it for them to contact me? Which they never did, but got all pissed because there was follow up. A follow up that was a result of the Revdex.com not getting me notices. So they didn't even know what the problem was in trying to reach a agreement. But hey, if they would have tried to contact me, they would have known. Anyway, I await the fixed title and registration I was told I would get.

We received your letter dated Jan 26 2015 saying the case was closed. Now Feb 10 2015 we received another letter saying re-opened this customers has NEVER contacted me us back Did you forward him our original response? We are not going to make a game out of this and if he does not get us...
the title we can't fix his " Incorrect Letter " We are a Penn Dot messenger service and do you think we should file a complaint against Penn Dot for hundreds of " types" over the last 30-40 years every time it happened? Thank you
