following year.  When you sublease an apartment you are taking over the terms the original tenant had signed for, and the individual you sublet from, had originally signed a lease from August 14 2015 through July 31 2016.  I do sincerely apologize for the error and inconvenience, but you will have to vacate the premises on July 31 2016.
