Review: Hired [redacted] to install my flooring for foyer and kitchen, he was referred to me from another contractor. Upon looking at the area, he quoted me a price that included applying glue to the floor to hold in place. Upon installation, he claimed that this high end flooring did not require glue and said it would hold in place. He also said that the glue made for this material was very expensive, never did he say he could use it and ask for more money. after job was done I asked other installers and they said glue should be used and a rolling pin should be used to make sure it was laid properly. I wet back to Mr [redacted] with my concerns and he put glue on floor near door ways and said that was the only area that would need taken care of and said if I had a problem to let him know. Recently as of February, I noticed raised areas in the floor. I contacted Mr. [redacted] and he said he would come take a look. I never received a visit nor does he answer the phone when I call backDesired Settlement: I would like Mr. [redacted] to fasten the floor properly so it takes out the raised areas or I want a full refund to hire someone to do it correctly
