years that the use of liquid road products has accelerated the rusting problems we all face.Because rust can't be stopped once it starts, we don't know of ANY auto body repair  facility that guarantees rust repairs. Some repairs last a month, some last a year, but we have never seen any rust repair that stayed fixed forever. It doesn't work like that. We just spent considerable money buying, prepping, painting, and installing a very clean bed on our own shop truck. Within a month we had paint bubbling out already. Just like your truck, the body shop can't guarantee rust repairs on our truck either.We understand the aggravation, you buy or repair something and want it to be nice for a long time. Unfortunately, rust repair isn't like that, it's only a temporary fix. You bought a very nice, low mile truck, but it is nine years old and used vehicles don't have any rust guarantees. Realistically, most any Ohio vehicle in that age bracket will show some degree of rust. The only way to avoid rust is to buy new.Your want your truck to look as good as possible. As a good faith gesture, we are willing to try and improve the areas you're concerned about. If we proceed with the no charge work, you must understand that all rust repairs are temporary, and cannot be guaranteed in any way.Vehicle issues can be frustrating and it's human nature to want to blame somebody when things don't go right. but please, try to look past the current disappointment and understand nobody has done anything wrong. Not you, not us, not anyone. We understand and share the frustration, but you're not the bad guy and neither are we. We need to work together, because rust is everyone's enemy!We are willing to help.
