Victory has fulfilled its obligation to *** ***, We had a contract which *** *** signed for the limited valuationLike many things, if you choose limited valuation on your auto Insurance and then facilitate a claim, you are only allowed compensation for what you originally signed up to
receiveWe offered a settlement based on the valuation/insurance protection *** *** selected.*** *** has also alleged that out of the many boxes that he packed and sealed, without our assistance or knowledge of contents, were strategically pilfered to find and "steal" a coin collectiondon't believe that out of the boxes that were packed by *** ***, that my crew would have been able to identify that one of those boxes included a "valuable coin collection", open the box, steal the coins, and reseal the box without being caughtIf I were able to find some validity in *** ***'s allegation, I would act in a generous wayI don't believe it, because it did not happen, The additional conversation about stink bugs inside his boxesVictory only packed a few boxes, so I can only represent that the bugs were a problem before he movedVictory's warehouse is a government approved storage warehouse, and undergoes routine inspection by the Department of Defense.I have included a copy of his most recent signed contract, which was not included in the paperwork he mailed Revdex.com, which notes his selection in valuation.Regards,

I had a productive telephone conversation with Chris P***, the president of Victory Van Corporation, about the complaint that we filed with the Revdex.com (Revdex.com Complaint No***). MrP*** heard my concerns and agreed to pay $1,for the loss of my coin collection. I deposited the check on October and it cleared my bank on October 22. No further action is anticipated on our Revdex.com complaint. My sincere thanks to you and the Revdex.com for assisting me in reaching an agreement with MrP*** regarding the complaint. We asked the customer if they wanted to purchase the valuation coverage associated with the moving process.  This works just like the car insurance scenario.  If you don't purchase insurance and get into an accident, you don't have coverage.  I have attached the signed paperwork from...

the customer.  I wish we could have done more. BOL (signed by customer) Signed Order (no exceptions taken by her on missing shelves) Particleboard waiver (signed by customer) Residential damage report (signed by customer) Load & Unload report (signed by customer) here again under the unload section of this is where she would note missing shelving; nothing noted by customer Our Non-Binding Order for Service -  VALUATION COVERAGE AT .60 per pound was chosen by the customer and this too is signed by the customer.

12/16/2014I and the entire organization are disappointed to learn about this situation. We are in the business of moving people, it is how we make a living and provide for our families. To think that we missed an opportunity to help one of our customers get moved is very disappointing. I read your...

letter and comments. I discussed these in detail with my team. The final step of the process to actually get assigned a crew never happened. Until my staff gets confirmed and signed paperwork, we do not schedule a crew. Your paperwork was not received in time.My entire moving team has an incentive to schedule and preform moving services. We never received an executed contract. I am sorry about the inconvenience, but I am unable move someone who has not finalized their contract.Upon getting the finalized contract, my staff sends an email to confirming receipt, they call to collect payment for the services scheduled, they call to confirm the arrival time of the crew. None of these things happened, because we never received your signed contract.Anyway, we are very sorry this happened. We often move people in less than 3 days, and look forward to another opportunity to be of service. We have a great staff of family men that preform the moving service. We had no contract so I am unable to entertain complimentary service.Good luck,Chris P, President

Victory did deliver the items one day after the agreed promised date.  I offered to pay for the hotel and dinner, he asked for a refund of $1,284, I considered this unreasonable and paid $128.  The threats and antagonism started at that point.  Victory has spent...

numerous man hours successfully defending [redacted] dispute/charge backs, as the claims are inconsistent with service delivered.  The claims process is working as we have already paid $4,600 in claims for damage to a rear carbon fiber chain stay, and a variety of other small issues.  Allied is continuing to evaluate the motorcycle and wheels.  Mr. B needs to stop with the [redacted] disputes, pay what we agreed to in writing, and work with the claims department for resolution.  The valuation purchased is with Allied, and they are going to handle damage noted at delivery. We wish Mr B the best in his transition.  God Bless.
