We currently rent a *** copier/scanner/printer from this companyWe have had no problems in the past with this company, however; I have been trying to contact this company since October 6, to replace the toner in our copier/scanner/printerWhen I phoned the 1-number it was disconnectedNext I phoned the local number which always rings busyWhen neither of these contact methods worked I attempted to send an e-mail through their website, through our business direct to this company, and I tried to send a fax with my repair request through, all with no responseWe pay a yearly lease which covers repair and toner replacement and the machine we rent through this company is used daily so this has been a severe inconvenience and time wasting to both our staff and our clients as we now have to go upstairs to use the office manager's copier/scanner/printer
