individually. Neither DCS nor Mr. S[redacted] had any rent-to-own agreement with the [redacted]. DCS denies the [redacted]' statement in their Revdex.com complaint. DCS performed all required workand all of DSC's worked passed County and HUD representative inspections. The Johnson were performing other, separate restoration work at theirproperty at the time DSC was performing its work. DSC was not responsible for this separate restoration work.
