I fired ten of the one hundred cartridges, and none of them cycled through ejection in my pistol. I sent a note to the manufacturer, and he later acknowledged that he had run out of powder, and had substituted with another powder at a lower charge. This is a safety issue, and I have also brought this to the attention of a federal agency that deals with the manufacture of ammunition for the consumer market. This matter is anything but resolved!
