In regards to this matter I sent the title to the wrong address on 6-15-2015, It went to the department of drivers licensing instead of the department of motor vehicles. I attempted to call the department of licensing many times with no luck, finally I got through to them they stated
they lost the paperwork and that this mess up happens all the time. I then proceeded to get Gregory an additional day permit. I then called to auction paid the $to get a new title which I'm waiting to get from the auctionThe second I get the title I will overnight the title to the correct dmv. Revdex.com, In regards to this matter, we have been holding up the title for the Mazda that she purchased, because we have not received the title to the trade in. Its our policy to hold titles to protect our interest in the trades that we take. We have decided to help in this matter and
have sent the title ups tracking number ***, to Licensing *** *** *** *** *** ** *** on 1/22/2016. We are very sorry for all the problems with this matter. We did her a favor, as she stated that the truck we took on trade was getting too bad of gas mileage and she needed a car. We took a very big gamble on this deal because she did not have the title in hand to the trade in, in the future we will not do another deal like this one
