Dale's A/C and Heating

Dale Kenning parts failed after installation. He refused to go and fix it. A new company had to be called which resulted in additional charges
On 6/28/13 Dale Kennning was called due to my a/c going out. He diagnosed it as a bad motor (now questionable). He replaced it but didn't have the correct capacitor part. He daisy-chained a smaller part which failed on 7/27. He was called & he said he would go the next day at 2pm to fix it. He didn't show up and didn't return calls. I was forced to call another company who didn't fix it until the afternoon of 7/29. They stated the capacitor Dale installed failed & could have resulted in my compressor going bad as well. They replaced the correct capacitor and I had to pay $138. I called Dale and asked him to cover that charge. He decided to avoid calls and his responsibility. The fact I was without a/c over a week-end doesn't matter either. I should expect more as a refund, but at this point, I will settle for $140. The second opinion included a quick look at the motor Dale took out & it may actually be OK. I suspect the only issue originally would have been the capacitor and not the motor which he charged over $700 for. He agreed to lower it to $650 if I paid cash, which I did. I was overcharged for the work done.
