I purchased a refurbished APU that broke down within 24 hours it was repaired But continuing to break down I had brought it back three times and it still is not fixed I do not want him to work on it anymore I would like my money back or a new unit I have lost time and money from work due to this machine that is unreliable.
I do not consider the warranty was kept as promised because the unit kept breaking and he was unable to fix it I have contacted him and explain this to him and he has done nothing about it.

I am rejecting this response because:*** sales used to be *** owned this business he rented a couple of bays from from another business. When I first met *** he explained this to me and that the business was his. I assume this to be true or now maybe he was lying. *** gave me a year warranty it broke down three times in one year and and continues to do so on a monthly if not sooner bases. I started out by calling *** and explaining these problems after returning to his business three times I became extremely dissatisfied. I either work on it myself or take it to a professional. If he takes such pride in customer service then why has his PRIDE not shown on my equipment? I only think it is fair for my money to be returned and I will gladly return the APU. I neither want him to work on it or receive another Apu from him as I do not trust his so-called customer service or top of the line parts. I have spoke to several other drivers that have bought APU's and had similar problems from this business and have experienced the same dissatisfaction in customer service that is why I will continue to let other future customers and the public know of how he continues to take advantage of hard-working drivers and their trust in him. I did try working the problem out with him but after a spell he stopped taking my phone calls. This is not a show of pride or good customer service. It is a show of arrogance and pride of filling his filling his own bank account. A business such as this should not be listed on the Springfield MO Revdex.com.
