They have not came out and conducted the agreed upon service. They do not come out when supposed to as agreed upon on the service agreement.
Robert the owner of the company has only came out once for the past several months each. I pay for a weekly service which includes small to medium palm tree trimming, mowing, weed eating, blowing, and hedge trimming. Robert has never trimmed the bushes on his own I always have to mention this to him I have text proof of this, he also has not trimmed the small to medium palms in several months I also have video proof of this, he has only came out once a month for the past several months video proof as well. I am on the verge of being fined by my HOA again due to his and his company not fulfilling their agreed upon obligations. I have contacted Robert on this matter to resolve the issues ourselves and get the same story every time his broke is supposedly broke. Since Dales lawn and tree service does not want to fulfill their obligations I am contacting an attorney.
I have paid for the month of November a weekly service he has only been out once this month. He did not trim the trees then. I need the service completed by the end of this month palms trimmed, grass mowed, weed eater, bushes trimmed, blown off. After that I would like no further contact
Lawn Maintenance does not include tree work, as advised in all of our paperwork. It includes mowing, weed eating, blowing, edging, weed control and trimming hedges/plants as needed. Services are only weekly April thru October weather permitting and ONLY at the best health of the lawn and plants. Bi-weekly service is in winter, October-April. Services for this customer were completed for November. He stated he was going dimiss his complaint.

Dale's lawn and tree service came out and completed the service for November.
