Review: On or about Dec. 5th, 2013, I called Dale's TV to have my TV looked at that had lost the picture. They said they would be in the area on Dec. 9th, 2013 and came to the house. They could not fix it here and had to take it to the shop. They informed me they would need a $100 deposit for which I gave them a check. Two days later, that check was cashed. Since then, I have not heard one word from them. The following is a list of dates that I called and what they told me: Jan. 17th, 2014 - Trying to find the part neededFeb. 3rd, 2014 - Waiting for part to come inMar. 10th, 2014 - Got to speak with the owner. I stated that they had TV since Dec. 2013 but that I hadn't hear a word since then as to if/when it would be fixed. He started to yell at me stating "This is a small business, I don't have time to call 200 people a day with an update. How could I run my business that way?" I stated I didn't expect a daily update or even weekly but I did expect some kind of communication as to the status. I asked when he expected the part to come in and he couldn't give me an answer. I asked if the quote was going to go up since there seemed to be so much trouble getting the part. He said he would stick to the original quote of $250-$265 and that would not change. He told me to check back in a week.Mar. 28th - I left a voice mail, Mar. 29th - they left me a voice mail that the part was still on order.As of today, Apr. 14th, 2014, I still have not heard from them.Desired Settlement: I would like my entire $100 deposit back and they can keep the TV. I don't trust that the part can be found and I don't trust that the price won't go up especially since he was so angry on the phone. If they do get the parts in, then they can fix and sell it. I feel I am left with no option but to buy a new TV at this point. I can provide my phone records showing the dates I called and that they never called me, copy of the cashed check, and claim ticket with quote on back if needed.

As per our conversation we had on the phone. I did contact Ms. [redacted] and scheduled a delivery date for May 19th. I explained that I called and discussed the matter with you and I was told to call her. She was happy to hear from me and was willing to set up the delivery for the 19th. I delivered the set as set up on the 19th. Her mother was there when I delivered it, not Ms. [redacted]. When I left the mother had written me a check for the amount due and post dated the check to May 23rd. I was not ask if this was okay, just told that she did it after the fact. So I left that go for the simple reason I was happy if she was happy. I did wait to process the check on the 23rd as dated. So far the check has not came back to me. So i'm hoping that both parties are happy and this case is closed.If anything comes up, I will email you and notify you. Thank You for your help in this matter.Have a great day,
