I've hired this group to manage my O1 Visa, and I'm more than disappointed with them. They didn't keep their word, and they misrepresented me. They've taken my money and have ruined my case, even though my case was a strong one.
As I'm not just a well-known actress but also an influencer, they suggested applying for both categories (increasing the cost.) It was the worst advice; because Migration found very odd the applying for both categories together, so they requested to choose just one category (as my original idea was) and asked for more evidence. Consequently, this issue prolonged the process, increasing time and expenses. I shouldn't pay for *** bad practice. On the contract we've signed, they guarantee to provide immediate and adequate advice, but neither one has been fulfilled.
Examples of their misrepresentation:
I've tried to reach them several times before re-entering to the US. They didn't respond, hence I didn't get the advice I needed. Unfortunately, I was held at the airport by Migration for three hours; without any support from my lawyers. This caused me big psychological distress.
Since the personnel was changed, they delayed the process for about two months. It was ME who had to explain everything again.
I specifically asked if they provided Deal Memos. They twisted words to lead us to believe the deal memos were included in this package, but the truth was they charge more to provide so.
Because of a social riot, I couldn't come back to my country, and they advised me to stay and process my visa from inside the US. Two weeks later, when I had already paid for a new airplane ticket and a place to stay, they found out they've made a mistake; since I have a "waiver," not a "tourist visa." Even though from the very begging they've had a copy of my passport displaying the waiver, their negligent advice caused me a big deal of stress and more waste of money.
The list goes on and on.
At this moment, I've been trying to reach them, but they don't even respond to me.

Refund Others Attorneys told me *** have ruined my case, I must start again from scratch. Since *** ruined my case, it caused me a big deal of stress (health problems included), a waste of time and money, and his misrepresentation caused me extra charges (such as to buy an unnecessary airplane ticket), I request a refund of $***. If their response is not a positive one, I am decided to do a legal claim against the firm; commencing with a bad-practice claim at the American Bar Association.
