Daleville Town Center Apartments' novelty wore off quickly when the reality of the poor management set in after signing a lease. The buildings are not cleaned properly (I noted the same pieces of trash in the stairwell the entire time I lived there for 12 months.) The amenities are not maintained with wifi and cable frequently unavailable and the TVs in the fitness center tuned to static more frequently than they are operational. Management sends out blanket threatening emails to tenants instead of addressing individual complaints to manage the property. A typical example would be that tenants pay for trash pick-up, however, management regularly sends out emails threatening to fine tenants $50 if their trash receptacles are visible beyond the two hour pick-up window. This makes it difficult to utilize the service, and is most likely in response something specific, but is targeting everyone. The office staff is unprofessional and will contradict themselves within the same conversation--so get everything in writing and ensure that you read whatever they present in writing. I was given information verbally to only have something completely opposite presented at another time in writing. I do not recommend leasing from this company!
