Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I need the pictures to be taken down immediately,and am applaud that Daley was paid in full on the day I bought the monument and am disgusted that they used my mom's death for their profitAnd it's not until I contact the Revdex.com that I get an apologyI would like the pictures taken down, and a formal apology to my family Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI have checked Daley's website and they have taken my mother's monuments photos downThey mentioned in their response that in the time that they have had my mother's monument photos up that they have not received any complaint. Of course not, this was done without the family's approval, and my family has been blessed and has not had the need to go shopping for anothermemorialAnd when the time arises, Daley would be the last place we would go
I still disappointed with Daley-Connerton because they are suppose to be professionals and what they have demonstrated to me is that they are shadyI am still mourning the passing of my mother, and I know that she is proud of me for standing up for her, even in death
I want to put all this behind me now, and move onI am also satisfied that Daley is going to make an attempt to change they ways they conduct business

I am surprised that a formal complaint was put through to the Revdex.com as *** contacted my on 5/concerning this matter I am truly sorry that posting a photo of her monument has upset her When I spoke with *** I told her I would take care of the matter but to give me a week to have
it completed
We will send a formal apology to [redacted]. As mentioned previously, when I spoke with [redacted] on the 17th I told her to give me a week to have the photos taken down which was done on 5/23.
We have had monument photos on our website for a long time and have never had a complaint. We have changed our policy to be sure the customer agrees to their monument being used on our website. Our customers are our #1 priorty and have, in unavoidable circumstances beyond our control, gone above and beyond making sure this is so.
