I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me even it took them (Corona Motorsports) almost two years to get the and diagnostic done correctly due to the help of Revdex.com to be involved. My husband [redacted] was contacted by [redacted] from Corona Motorsports and was told the problem and was told it was $1,300.00 to fix which was authorized by my husband since we had been waiting for this for almost two years. My husband and I are not even closed to being happy on their lack of communication, rudeness and un-cooperation, furthermore I do understand that I did not specifically describe the personal watercraft as [redacted] Wave runner it still falls under the Jet Ski category. My husband might be the one who took the Wave runner to their shop but we are both owners of the personal watercraft. We still don't know if fixing the throttle will make the Wave runner work properly until we put it to the test as promised by the end of September.
