Review: I put my classic 87 [redacted] in this shop to be rebuild as I was in the process to move too [redacted].I put this car in the shop on nov 12,2014 to be fixed while im moving my things to [redacted],I paid up front 1800.00 dollars as a down payment to start car asap,so I went and came back to sandiego to pick up the car on dec 15,2012 car wasn't done just broken down in pieces so they said it would be like a month to get the machinist to do the work on it,so I came back a month later and the car still sitting waitng for service,I then explain ive already move to [redacted] and I need this car to be able to make there,he said the car is almost finished but it took another month after that month I continue to get this run around answer so I ask whats the hold up on this car ive never had a car take this long to rebuild,he said since hes under staff it would be awhile with no pacific answer well the car was finally done in march.I finish paying him the balance of 1900.00 but only with the car having broke symptoms it was never tuned and it leak oil badly so I take it back hes say he will fix so he attempt to fix but didn't work so at this time I take back again hes say hes gonna fix again it takes two more weeks to attempt to fix and now im getting worried so I said I will pay extra for better parts since his parts didn't work after two times,so I got the part and its still leaked at this time im finding out theres no more workres at this shop to build the car now I sitting with a car that still not finished and leaving so many calls to the shop with no answer and no reply when I don't stay in [redacted] no more and now cant get back home,from the beginning I told him my situation and ive be still sitting here six months without my car being finishing correctly and warrenty by this shop.I believe this shop is a real skam please help me solve this problem...thank youDesired Settlement: I would like to receive my full payment of $3900 because ive never got a warrenty motor and they are now avoiding me and I lose so much more dealing with this shop,the naboring shops said it shouldn't never took that long if they knew what they are doing...
