They refuse to help me resolve tax issues and reporting, They failed to report a taxable income, Now I am facing P&I on this failure to report my tax.
When I filed, I didn't have two 1099 forms - so being responsible both these were recorded on a page for a reminder for me to report (which I have for proof). I didn't get the 1099 for Sound Exchange, so what my wife and I did was I used the 1099 from 2014 which was 2500 and file for 2015. For "Pacific Group" they also neglected to send their 1099 but I had all the numbers which was 11,000 with a commission for deduction of 15% (which was 1650). They were all in my assumption filed and reported to the IRS, when I got our first letter. The IRS noted I report Sound Exchange to low, because the 1099 they received indicated 5500 and change, so I contacted "Dali accounting Services" to correct the problem, which I was responsible for the taxes of the difference and was ready to pay if need be. And they mentioned they would alter my taxes and correct the issue. From my understanding I never got the altered taxes to see what they had reported to IRS so I was in the dark regarding this issue and my taxes. Later I received a second letter that they refused my alter taxes because "Pacific Group" was neglect to be reported. This is when I became disappointed and aware of neglect of my taxes by this employee representing Dali Accounting Service. When I called several times to correct this issue, they wouldn't return my calls or set an appointment to resolve this issue. Then I personally went to the office where I encountered "Jerry the manager" who was very confrontational and arrogant. Literally speaking to me very disrespectful. They mentioned that Dali (the owner) had personal issues which I respected, but I didn't understand why weeks and weeks of neglect was occurring. Then after days of no return calls, (remember IRS noted they will continue with penalties and interest until this has been resolved) I called again and spoke with a secretary who then spoke to be as if I was the one who didn't bring my paper work and I was the one who didn't report these 1099's. I defended my position and mentioned here information was incorrect and that they neglect my taxes and are responsible for this mishap, and she mentioned that she would speak once again to "Dali" the owner... but I never got a response again. I tried a different strategy and had my wife called because she was there from day one and heard and saw the transactions done that day. So she called and was transferred to Jerry the manager who spoke very disrespectful and belligerent, alleging false statements and that we neglect to report correct and deceitfully. Which was all lies and a form of denial by "Dali accounting Service." It was a short time later that I received in the mail a check by "Dali accounting service" for my full refund of my tax services. And I letter of denial and accusations which are all unfounded and incriminating on their part.
I then went to other tax preparer who is helping my resolve these tax issues, but he indicated a direct neglect my this company because they filed the commission portion of the neglect "Pacific Group" 11,000 income reporting taxes. Proving that the employee knew about "Pacific Group" and failed to report it on your taxes.
So in other words if you look at my taxes under commission you will see "1650" commission for Fever Records which is the company contracted for Pacific Group. So clearly Dali (employee) clearly neglect to report a taxable income to IRS and the result in this failure is penalties and interest on this unreported taxable income. The accountant was also confused why they refused to help me with my taxes? Made no sense... This is why I waited to report them to Revdex.com, I wanted to make sure I wasn't in neglect or responsible for these issues. And according to the accountant, The first issue "Sound Exchange" was a simple fix, and the second was neglect. Which they are trying to get rid of me, and brush me under the rug as to say, because of their neglect. I don't want this company to hurt and misrepresent others
