I am rejecting this response because: the stones fell out while I was wearing the items. They were never smashed. I took very good care of them because they're natural stones. You can see in the picture the ring is in perfect circular shape. The earring prongs were not bent either, that's how they look when the stone is missing. This is very bad customer service as they don't stand by their products and put the blame on the customer. I am being 100% honest, these items were never smashed nor mistreated, that would make me a liar which I am not. I am frustrated with this experience since it was not my fault at all but they just don't want to refund the poorly made jewelry. I literally felt my ear and there was just prongs, no stones and same thing with my ring; I was wearing it and looked down and the stone is gone. No misuse at all. Please see my image I took before I sent it to Dali. It is very closeup and shows the ring and earring in perfect shape. There's not even any glue in the ring or earring, they stones were barely sitting in there.

I am rejecting this response because: the business is falsely claiming I broke the jewelry instead of taking responsibility for poorly made product. If I broke it, I’d still have the stones and would’ve taken to a jeweler to fix them. The stones fell out while wearing and I have no idea where they are. My pictures I posted are proof they weren’t smashed when I mailed them. If they were smashed it would’ve been in transit or at Dalis.These items broke in less than 3 months!
The items she returned were obviously smashed somehow. We sell over thousand pieces of jewelry a year and we might receive maybe two or three back a year for bad solders but not for stones popping out. Stones just don’t fall out of settings because first the sterling silver setting is...

We tried to work with her in the beginning but her attitude is less than desired. As you can see in the screen shot the way she speaks to me which no one should be subject too. Thank you
We will not be refunding the customer for breaking two items and then trying to make it look like it was our fault. It clearly looks like someone or something heavy was set on the jewelry. Also we will not tolerate vulgar language and threats she has used at us.
