Ladies and Gentleman,ARRO Consulting, Incprovides Norwegian Township with a number of engineering services, one being Sewage Enforcement Officer Services I am the "inspector" referenced in the Customer Experience Information form provided to Dallago's Back-Hoe Service resulting from the
above complaint.Rather than correcting the technical and chronological errors contained in the Customer's Statement of the Problem portion of the Customer Experience Information form I will limit my comments to the issue of the complaint.I have on numerous occasions worked with Dallago's Back-Hoe Service and they do in fact have a great reputation I for one recommend them as often as possible and being in my position as a consultant do so only if the contractor meets my expectations on projects My experiences have been that the entire workforce, including owner Thomas (incorrectly reference as Steve"), go beyond their responsibilities to provide quality services in a professional manner.I did not witness or find that any actions or comments by MrThomas Dallago that day were out of the ordinary or in an unwarranted manner Contrary, the owner appeared to be very confused and disillusioned regarding the process for wihch we were on-site and the process for which was to be followed based on our findings that day I have been a Sewage Enforcement Officer for more than years, conducting hundreds of site visits, some of which Dallago Back-Howe Service provided services, and hti was the first time I have experienced action by the parcel owner such as occurred on that day.If there are any questions please feel free to contact me at your convenience.Sincerely,ARRO Consulting, Inc.William MM***Office Manager
