Dallas Arbor Care is a team of professional people interested in preserving and maintaining the health of trees in our community From scheduling the appointemnt to cleaning the worksite after the job I have only the highest praise and respect The team of people that worked on my yard took the intiative to raise the lower limbs of my Bradford Pear to stay within the city code limits without me knowing - potentially saving me 100's of dollars in fines I also have a large garden and everyone took care to make certain the trees were trimmed and the flowers were kept in excellent shape/position I would not hesitate to use this company Mr [redacted] stopped by himself after the job was completed to make certain everything was up to or surpassed my expectations Trust me, if you need help with the trees in your year - Call Arbor Care - 6/01/

In my younger years I did tree work including pruning from within the trees on ropes and saddle. This included very near historic houses in a National Park as I worked for the Dept of Interior. Suffice it to say that I am an exacting customer. The crews with Dallas Arbor Care are professional, knowledgeable, and careful of your property. I know, because I have hired them for many years, inspected their work both real-time and after they have departed. Now I just let them on my property while I'm at work, that is the kind of trust that has been garnered. Douglas owns the company and he is a fine employer and a wonderful family man. How he treats others matters to me as well as his acumen regarding the trees. When handing my hard-earned money over to someone they have to meet all criteria. This company does and they have earned my loyalty and praise.

We were beyond pleased with Dallas Arbor Care and their service! They were prompt, coming exactly when they said they would There estimate was very fair, having had many other previous tree services This company was very knowledgeable about how trees should be trimmed, even heavily trimmed, without causing damage to the trees themselves The whole crew cleaned up virtually every bit of debris after they were finished The crew was friendly, helpful and careful to preserve nearby trees and vegetation from being damaged Douglas, the owner, was present, personable, informative, honest and fair The whole experience was a breath of fresh air Our life's work entailed occasional moves; thus we employed a LOT of tree services over the years! Many were excellent Dallas Arbor Care was our best experience We recommend them without hesitation!
