The business just said they reviewed the tape and they said the waiter asked who's card is it? If someone shrugs their shoulders saying they don't know, why would you as a liable business leave the card on the table for anyone to take At the time of payment I was in the restroom and when we left everyone left with us so I don't know how they see everyone leave and someone coming back apologizing to whoever for taking the card

My family and I decided to dine at this restaurant after leaving the burial of my daughter in law in [redacted]. The place was empty upon our arrival. If was approximately 60 people in our party. The manager nor the wait staff was capable of accommodating us in a satisfactory manner. We waited more than half an hour to get our food and drinks. They could have at least continued serving water and offer us cornbread. We sat and waited more than two hours. I informed the manager that I was going to report this and he responded by saying that he doesn't care what I do. I explained that he should be assisting his staff and he just walked away. I have never had such a bad experience at a BBQ restaurant. I would like for my family to be accommodated in some manner! Still here after 2.5 hours.

Review: While sitting completely isolated at Dallas BBQ, a group of guests at another table had loud comments about my technique of taking pictures of what the group said were all of myself. I was all alone and their table was loaded with food and people. Yet this group of people particularly singled me out and wanted to mock me for any reason. I finally told the male group leader or their loudest male, that my nails are 2 &1/2 inches long I don't want any trouble and you have a small child with your group. They went on with gossip and insults. I actually over heard the females said they saw me use gang symbolism while taking a picture and to research if it on the internet.I told them in so many ways their behavior was unbecoming of a civil environment. When help from the restaurant finally did arrive they threatened to call police on me and made gestures to physically remove me. Yet I have had no alcohol like the other disorderly patrons. I said I would stay for police and let them know I wanted protection from the crowd of 8 vs one in high heels and cocktail dress. The business feed into the gang rumors and keep threatening police. Also their worker inappropriately harassed me during business before I even got my food. The server shoved my receipt at me colliding into my arms and nearly stabbed me with a pen. I was told to leave before I paid for the food but it wasn't because I was treated unfairly. I received an apology after I paid, I did not wanted to seem criminal. Assuming things were better I insisted security escort me outdoors. It was a large number guards surrounding me as I sat alone before. The group was still in front or on BBQ property waiting to assault me. I pointed that out to security guard and the guard shrugged his shoulders and walked off. The patrons on seeing the guard and I moved from the direct proximity of the restaurant. Strangely they left all together when other people and another random crowd greeted me outdoors away from the restaurant property.Desired Settlement: $21.75 refunded back to my card. Not only was there terrible costumer service from the door, the host consistently pursued me to take his personal information, insisted we knew each other and that I should recognise him.I just wanted him out of my face thinking aren't you at work and don't encourage a scene by strong rejection. To the server shoving receipts and a pen into my arm as I sat at the table. The restaurant did nothing to ensure fair stability or that I even enjoy the meal I paid for.

Review: The services and food provided at the restaurant met our expectations, but I noticed that two days after I had eaten at this restaurant another purchase in a different amount was charged without my authorization at the same restaurant.

Management said this was an issue with my bank in Spain, but several phone calls made to my bank suggests that the charges made were fraudulent.Desired Settlement: I expect a full refund of the unauthorized amount (the quantity in error).

Review: On October [redacted], myself and a party of 8 went to the dallas bbqs in [redacted] and [redacted] street. We were seated downstairs and had a waitress by the name of Damaris. The service was good but when it was time to pay the bill, everyone in my party paid with cash and I paid with my debit card. I received a receipt of payment but didn't receive my card back. I was told by Damaris she gave my card to another waiter by the name of Mohammed to charge my card. Mohammed then said he was told to give my card to a guy in a "white shirt and black hoodie". The guy was apart of the party of 8 and empty his pockets and didn't have my card. I then explained to two managers of the BBQ restaurant the situation and they laughed, then Mohammed the waiter said he gave the card to a guy with a white shirt and tattoos on his forearms. The managers, waitress and waiter came up with no solution to this problem. I was left with blocking my card and having to wait 3-5 business days for a new card. I don't understand how I place my bank card in a waitress hand and didn't receive it back in such matterDesired Settlement: The situation should be rectified being that the incident that happened Friday October [redacted] should never happen to anyone again, it was completely incompetent and I would like to receive an apology but the corporate office of having spent money in a restaurant and having my card stolen.

Sincerely,

Review: Friday 8/**/13 I stopped by the Dallas BBQ on [redacted], to have one of my favorite meal (Rotisserie half chicken & shrimp). When the order arrived, half of the chicken wing was burnt, I complained and the waitress offered to change it. However, when the new order came, the ENTIRE chicken wing was burnt to a CRISP. I told the waitress and she told me that, 'I cannot get one that isn't burnt, all of them come out like that', the manager also gave me the same response, however, while the waitress was somewhat apologetic, the manager was very rude and before giving me an explanation as to why it was burnt she just flounced of. I was very disappointed because Dallas BBQ is one of my favorite inexpensive restaurant to go to or order from. I have been to several locations including [redacted] and have never got BURNT chicken. It was very upsetting, not just to get burnt chicken but also because of the rudeness of the manager, I don't plan to eat there anymore and I plan to discourage our order parties at work and even my friends who make individual orders, I also plan to post the picture of the burnt chicken on every social website that I am associated with. This was so disgusting I lost my appetite.Desired Settlement: I would like to get an apology and a full refund. I should not have to pay full price for chicken that was inedible.

Sincerely,

Review: We entered BBQS at [redacted]. We were seated for a party of twelve. Once we sat down the waiter who was a female took our orders. She was very polite and patient. As our orders came back their was multiple errors. We ordered a peach piña colada. That person drunk some and then figured out it was strawberry. She is allergic to strawberries. So she immediately informed the waiter. They switched the drink. Food came back cold, wrong items, things that was not ordered came. There was also a 7month old pregnant women whose food was wrong and very cold. One of the baked potatoes was old and hard. The manager did not come over once to apologize for these mistakes. He blamed it on the female waiter. We later found out that she wasn't even suppose to serve us, the boy waiter was. He never came to serve anything nor greet. The girl was doing all of his work. So the manager took it out on the female waiter and threatened to fire her. The family left half of the bill which was 150. The original bill was 300. The manager was very rude and nasty. He did not want to accommodate anything. He was very unprofessional. So everyone started to leave. The bouncer held the pregnant woman and another female hostage. He grab the pregnant woman and told the other guy to lock the doors. He threatened us. The police was called but still no adjustments to the bill.Desired Settlement: Bill needs to be reimbursed, manager and bouncer needs to be fired. Something has to be done.

Review: On 2/**/15, myself and three friends went to eat at Dallas BBQ. After sub-par service conditions during our meal, we later found that out, by checking our receipt, that our server entered us in as a party of 5 at exactly 8:32 pm, after walking away from our table even though we told him we were ready to order. After 8:30, parties of 5 or more are charged included gratuity of 15%. We were a party of 4. Additionally, we were never made aware that gratuity would be added. As a matter of fact, we confirmed with our server several times that he would get the entire cash tip we were leaving because we didn't want it being split with the hostesses, who had caused our initial problems during our meal. Our server confirmed the tip arrangement and failed to mention any included gratuity, so we left him an approx. $35 cash tip. Then an additional approx. $25 was taken off our cards. After searching extensively for the right person to address the issue with, the [redacted] of operations has now ignored my email and phone calls for over 24 hours and has now again left for the day. I want the fact that his server stole from us addressed. Again, we were a party of 4, added in as 5 so the server could get a double tip.Desired Settlement: I would like the entire tip refunded- the automatic as well as the cash tip. A server who stole from us does not deserve a tip. Refunding the entire check for our problems would be the only way to earn my patronage in the future and keep customer satisfaction. The [redacted] of Operations, Eric Levine, has in his email a copy of the receipt.

Review: I dined at this location on 11/**, my total was 141.73, on 12/* while checking my bank statement I noticed that I was charged 2 times for this purchase (2 separate transactions). I called my bank and they asked that I contact the restaurant. When I called I spoke to the [redacted], he stated that day they had computer issues and all customers had been charged 2 times for their purchases. He then stated he would refund my card and asked if that would be ok. I explained yes I appreciate the help and that it had been an incovenience that they had debited my bank account close to $300, he proceded to say he was sorry about the issue and he would refund both transactions due to the inconvenience and I should see the credit within 3-5 days. I checked my account and I see that I only received 1 refund, I called the restaurant yesterday to speak to [redacted] and inquire about the credit he stated I would receive. He began screaming at me he was not going to give me a refund and would only give me one. Since I had discovered this error that happened I expressed the concerns that how many customers had been stolen from and were unaware since they had not corrected this "internal error" they knew of and should have refunded me when they realized this not when I called.Desired Settlement: a refund based on his word and a correction to all other customers that dined there and were charged double without their knowledge, and possibly have still not been refunded since they might not have called and noticed the charges.
