check, sight glass, check valve, pressure relief, small amount of piping, total $9/27/Quote approved10/3/tue job started & completed 8:- 3:10/20/(days later) 12:pm, received call, made work order stating R J was out did some piping now leaks10/23/mon 1-3:pm same tech out, no leaks found10/25/Wed techs went out 1-2:pm r&r sight glass again, noticed a run, crack in sight glassNo charge parts or labor12/1/fri 3:pm received call, opened another work order, boiler over fills12/4/mon 10:45-technician closed bypass valve on water fill VERY tight and closed valve to make up water pressure regulatorInformed customer, system will not make up or add waterCustomer agreed to monitor, will open make up water if needed & log statusAll of this well noted on work order for follow up12/5/Left voice mail message, $to r&r three hand valves & pressure regulator as needed12/15/fri called customer, rings no answer(could have had more calls, not noted) moved work order to invoicing12/26/tue closed, no chargeWould have & still open to discuss and resolve ANY problem customer has with our work & our workmanship, I believe we showed that in making work orders & showing up at customer request, no other invoicing or billing ever submittedIt was 10/we completed initial job, 12/we returned on a request of boiler over filling, gave a verbal quote, $was never responded to but certainly could have been worked out
