this company is terrible! we ordered a carport in August of and as of December we have had or heard very little about itI had to keep calling and constantly got the run around and one excuse after anotheron person told us we could get our money back if we wantedI even left a message for the President of the company and never call a call backso my suggestion is don't use this company!!

Horrible customer service Carport ordered August 26th with an estimated 2-week delivery As of November 23, still no carport When I call they cannot give me any estimated delivery date and say to call back next weekI would cancel but I am hoping to get before winter and not likely at this point another company will be able to so

Back in 2006, TNT installed a carport for meAt that time, it was through a third party service and I had not big issues with the installWhen I needed to close in the unit with a garage door, I decided to call TNT since they had done the original workI placed an order in June Weeks went by, and I never heard back from anyone about scheduling, and since I live in a northern climate needed to be sure it was done before winterIn July and August, I called multiple times and spoke with Stephanie and DanielleAlways, I was told someone would call me back to schedule, but no one every didIt was VERY frustrating!! Finally winter arrived with no callbacks, and no garage installationIn January I was so unhappy, I decided to ask for a refund and cancel the orderThis process was exasperating and took twelve phone calls to multiple parties, Stephanie, Danielle, and finally FidelFinally, in Febuary 2015, Fidel contacted me, and processed a refund for my depositFidel was pleasant and apologetic, and I shared my serious concerns about the company's service delivery, or lack thereofI seriously have called this company over twenty times over the last year!! Now it is August 2015, and I cancelled the order back in FebruaryYesterday, I receive a call from Stephanie to schedule my installation! Over a year later!! Needless to say, I declined the offerThis company does provide a good product, but their business model and service delivery is seriously flawedI wasted hours of my time dealing with them

Good Morning, Hope everything is well, in reference to [redacted] customer placed order on 9/16/for an addition to his existing carport Usually the waiting period is two to five weeks but it was scheduled with in couple of days of the purchase, the installation was set for Tuesday first thing in the morning and when customer called us to notify that installers had not showed up the first thing we did was to try to get in touch with the installer The installer notified us that he was in fact running behind and that he would be there with in the hour, we then called the customer to let her know we also informed her that if she needed to do anything else the guys could go ahead and do the addition and she could send payment later This was just and option that was given to her, TNT did receive a phone call two hours later stating that the guys still had not showed up.At this point the customer was giving a $discount and assured that the installer would in fact show up for the installation As far as customer purchasing material previously from our metal shop this was never motioned previously to us about having any issues In the state of North Carolina all of employees must have a lunch break otherwise as a company could be fined Therefor our lunch break is between 12:and 1:in the afternoon Monday thru Friday, our staff is fluent in English as well the person that took the order those all the ordering for our material and has never had any problems with his language As far as waiting the extra ten minutes for the material that is the time that it take the guys to verify that everything was purchased and to get the material together We hate that they had to wait for an hour but they did come during our employees lunch break and I am sure that if it was their lunch break they would understandTNT carports strives to satisfies each an everyone of its customer and we hate that this experience was not the greatest but we do feel like the $is sufficient on the addition If you have any further question please feel free and give us a call Sincerely, Estephanie M [redacted] Customer Service Manager

Tnt carports has been lying about how long it will take for my carportI have been calling and asking but keep getting the run aroundAsked about cancel my order and can't get no way with themThey are creaks and should be put out of business

Good morning, The claim by Mr [redacted] is an invalid one He knew all along that the legs of his carport would be 12' tall and he decided to purchase it Only after it was installed did he realized how tall 12' really is TNT Could make the building the exact size he needs if Mr [redacted] would agree to pay the price of this modification but Mr [redacted] expects this service to be provided for free and that is not reasonable When I spoke with Mr [redacted] and told him that the dimensions stated on the order form (as well as the ones that were used for installation), he said that maybe he and [redacted] (the sales rep) agreed to it, but "it was all Greek to him"I am sending a separate email with the receipt that was sent to Mr [redacted] on April 16th, 2015, which clearly states the dimensions of the unit he bought Please let me know how else I can assist in finding a prompt resolution to this problem Sincerely, - [redacted] Sales Manager

Never received out buildingThe absolute worst customer service! Once I requested a refund, was told it was done, only two days later to be role no it hadn't been done that it was put on a desk and forgotten about

Very pleased with the product and customer service, they came and delivered what they promised, they did a very professional job! I will definitely recommend them 100% !!!! Thank You Very much for such a great job!

Good Morning, TNT Carports, Inchas received complaint # [redacted] on [redacted] * [redacted] The customer was on scheduled for install he opted not to be home for installation when the installers arrived the concrete slab was bigger than the building and off square Without the customer not been at home it is hard for the installer to install something they think may not turn out to the customers satisfaction The concrete slab was not marked to show the installers exactly where the installation was to take place which makes it even harder, the installer at that point decided to cancel the install and reschedule approximant when customer would be at home They did leave to next installation on list and where not able to be reached to go back When customer called the office he spoke to scheduler who at that point tried to explain situation to customer, he at that point advised her he could not understand her and the phone call was forward manager the phone call was transferred everything was explain to him as well as the non-refund policy he had agreed to when he purchased the unit At this point customer started with treats we asked for time to get with shop foreman and installer and look further into situation and we would call him back with a definite answer Customer did not give us time to get with installer nor shop manager he called that same afternoon, he was explained that installer was out for several day before he came to our shop at that point customer was also making phone call to our sales manager Fidel M [redacted] He actually emailed pictures to Fidel M [redacted] of concrete slab and you can see with the fence the slab is not leveled TNT those not feel like it has made any break in contract, we made a good faith effort to deliver and install unit and notified buyer at least hours before delivery The down payment that was put on order was put back on card customer should see back on card with in to business days Sincerely, Estephanie M [redacted] Customer Service Manager

Good afternoon, Hope everything is well, we have received complaint fro [redacted] which was in fact scheduled for installer to show up Tuesday October 4th The installers had issue with previous order and was not able to make it on the scheduled date Karina in scheduling contacted Mrs [redacted] Wednesday October 5th at 8:am informing her that installers were running behind but had stayed so that they complete the installs scheduled and would be able to come out after lunch Mrs [redacted] agreed on having installer back out on Wednesday October 5th to do the installation she was called once more to verify that it would be fine for installers to show up at around 12:that day.TNT is willing to do the installation of carport or issue refund for the deposit, we understand that a phone call from the installers should have been made the day of letting her know what was going on and apologize for not receiving the call Please let us know what we need to do at this pointSincerely, Estephanie M [redacted] Customer Service & Scheduling Manager

The company called and finally scheduled delivery, months after placing an order for two buildings and then didn't show or callNo answer at any numberCalled in the morning, minutes on hold and Rescheduled Repeat no show or calldays lost workShowed up on 3rd scheduled day with only half of the order, one garage not two I called, same minute hold time, asked for the supervisorCustomer service denied that I reminded them on each and every contact I made that there were buildings, in fact blaming me for their mistakesAnd that is when I lost my cool, saying my year old Grandson could do a better jobOut days work, and the deposit on the missing buildingI'm wiser now and hope you don't make my mistake buying from TNT CARPORTS

Good afternoon, TNT Carports, understands Mr [redacted] placed an order for a carport they have been on schedule several times, one of which the installers called and told them they would be arriving within an hour the installers were informed by customer it was raining in Knoxville so he decided not to do the installation On the week of January 19th the customer was called again to be put back on schedule for Monday January 26th When contact was made with customer we advised it would be the first stop so that there would be no more issues the response was very short and indifferent which we clearly understand the frustration Monday January 26th we made contact with installers around lunch time to make sure installation of Mr [redacted] was done and he confirmed that it was in fact done that morning TNT Carports did reschedule appointment and we sincerely apologize but we did do the very best to get customer back on schedule as soon as possible Thank you, Estephanie M***
