March T&A refused delivery (absent and me and the truck driver could not contact by phone) Driver reported to me the item will returned to the terminal
March I ordered Dallas Power Sports (on the web known as Amazon Smart Deals) to accept return
March Dallas Power Sports shipped motorscooter to T&A who accepted and assembled item I was flabbergasted!
Sarah at Dallas Power Sports emailed "very sorry for the mix up - don't worry about anything."
Received emails from Dallas Power Sports that did not have correct facts about the situation
Refund = less shipping and restocking = $
I have a record of all emails proving my case

This is a horrible storeThe people are so rude and the owener tells people off in some other languageI bought a moped and I they didn't have the color that I payed for and to top it off they gave me a display one and now I'm having technical problems with itI'm having to pay al this money to get it fixed when I'm suppose to be using that money for my college supplies that I need through out the yeaAlso, its been months since ive bought this moped and I still haven't received my plates

We purchased a moped 3/24/and the paperwork with it to get title was not signedI sent it back wit a copy of Bill of Sale, nothing back still
