Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me ? We filed a complaint with the [redacted] back in SeptemberThey did not respond to the Revdex.com's request.? We filed in [redacted] County (Precinct *) small claims court on September 27, We have since sent a request to dismiss our claim because The [redacted] ***, has reached out to us and we have come to an agreementWe have accepted his offer and are pleased we have been able to resolve the issue.? We are hoping this letter can be used to take down our complaint on the Revdex.com websiteWe understand all the work that went into getting it on your website, and we appreciate very much what you have done for usIt unfortunately took a lawsuit to get the [redacted] 's attention (and they did not understand the consequences of not responding to the Revdex.com complaint)However they have been open and understanding in having our issue resolved.? Sincerely,? [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I do fail to see the relevance that the season has in this matter where we paid in full for a season and did not receive the services that we paid forAmanda is attacking my character because it is an attempt to justify them keeping our moneyThere are many discrepancies to what she states as I only complained to the Coach Don in an email where I copied AmandaBeyond that we had good discussions about baseball developmentIf anything, I almost singlehandedly kept the majority of that team together for the season and we brought on new players to the Raiders organization which they clearly benefitted fromIn texts from Amanda on 11/10/17, she even went as far as to inform me that the coach wanted me kicked out of the organization after speaking to Amanda of a new team, but that I should not worry about that because he was just “butt hurt”Still, she supported for us to keep the team going because, as she stated, they were not the caliber of coaches that they wanted in the organizationThey met with us and committed to the new team with some of the same families as beforeIt seems they were not “toxic” enough then to not take their $going into the next season.? The issues that she speaks about with the parent turmoil may be factual but the season started in February and they ended it at the end of MayEven after the “middle finger” incident that parent was allowed to continue and I believe that the “drunk” parent and the “fighting amongst themselves” parent was the same personYet he was still allowed to continue until he actually quit the team just before they disbanded itAgain, he quit the team; the Raiders did not remove himI was never involved in any issues or any complaintAnd Parents yelling at ballgames is pretty in youth sportsThe parents that were caught lying about the new coach leaving one practice early were actually correct since the coach got his times confused and showed up half hour early for practice and became upset when there was nobody thereThose of us that showed up were on time but he left minutes later without addressing anyoneAnd even the original coach left two practices early because he had to go run practice for his other teamThe players that guest played on other teams did so as a last resort since we went 3-weeks at times without playing a tournamentStill, we were not one of those families.? The issues of problematic parents, non-paying parents, and even season problems are all organizational issues that they failed to address and keep from affecting the teamIt is clear that they knew what type of issues they might have and still took our fees and did not protect the interests of the team as a wholeIt is not my place to suggest how to run their business but what is clear is that they received payment for us to play a full season of baseball and they did not provide the services that they were paid forIt seems like a very simple conceptA business cannot simply take payment and not provide services, then suggest that their contract states no refund no matter what- even when they fail to intervene in any issuesTheir offer for my son to attend “ one or two” of their summer camps is unreasonable since that is not equivalent in cost and on-field coaching experience, and my son does not play baseball in the summerThere are several baseball families on other Raiders teams that have expressed the same grief with the Raiders and we simply do not want to continue to associate with this organization Regards, [redacted]

Regards,
*** ***

*** *** has failed to mention that he was part of a team last season (fall 2017) that he and two other problematic parents singlehandedly broke upThe coach repeatedly complained about *** *** and how he was never pleased with anything they everI took a step in faith and allowed for ***
*** to continue in the organization on a new team, with the other three parents from the fall seasonHe was warned that if he or the other three families caused any issues, that the team would be broken upThroughout the season we had a parent repeatedly show up drunk to practices and games, parents yelling at coaches and umpires during games, parents fighting amongst themselves (giving the middle finger on an open forum used to communicate schedules), parents were caught lying about their coach leaving practice "minutes early", but when asking other coaches practicing nearby, they verified the coach had been their for the entire practice with the exception of leaving minutes early due to only 3-kids showing up to practiceThey all also signed a contract stating they would not be allowed to guest play unless given permission by their coachThere were multiple players guest playing throughout the season without the knowledge of the coachThe organization, despite ALL of these ongoing, weekly issues, we added an additional tournament to make up for the fact that the assistant coach no longer wanted to coach the team due to parent ongoing drama"Toxic" is the correct word to describe most of the parentsIt is unfortunate for the 2-families that were positive and supportive that the team ended up having to be broken up, which is why we offered them a spot to finish out the season and play on another teamIn our contract with *** *** and ALL parents, it CLEARLY states (even highlighted), that we do NOT issue any refundsEverything gets paid for at the beginning of every season (fields, coaching, facilities, insurance, uniforms, registration fees, etc...)The only item that does get paid for in full at the beginning of these season are the tournaments, which is why we offered *** *** the $refund (the amount for each tournament not played)This is MORE than fair considering the fact that we did not have to issue ANY refunds whatsoever, but we are aware that there were several families that had an outstanding balance, so out of fairness for the parents that DID pay their fee in full, we gave those parents a refund*** *** is not happy with what we have offered (including his son attending camps throughout the summer which he turned down), so there is not anything else that we can do in regards to this matter, unfortunatelyWe were warned about some of these parents and unfortunately we tried giving them a chance, but needless to say it was a lesson learned

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
We filed a complaint with the [redacted] back in September. They did not respond to the Revdex.com's request. We filed in...

[redacted] County (Precinct *) small claims court on September 27, 2017. We have since sent a request to dismiss our claim because The [redacted], has reached out to us and we have come to an agreement. We have accepted his offer and are pleased we have been able to resolve the issue. We are hoping this letter can be used to take down our complaint on the Revdex.com website. We understand all the work that went into getting it on your website, and we appreciate very much what you have done for us. It unfortunately took a lawsuit to get the [redacted]'s attention (and they did not understand the consequences of not responding to the Revdex.com complaint). However they have been open and understanding in having our issue resolved. Sincerely, [redacted]
