I have been a renter with Dallas Real Estate for 5 years. As property managers they are hands off, I send the rent on time and have had almost no contact with them in the five years I've been at my house. I have had to remind them to renew my lease, which took multiple phone calls. In short they are disorganized and will provide little follow up or service unless you continually nag them to do so.
I would not recommend them to a renter, Nor would I recommend them to a property owner.
