Dallas Segway Tours

I was charged for a tour I did not take
On 2/19/I made a reservation for the Katy Trail nature guide tour with Dallas SegwayI chose the 1:tour online but when Bert *** of Dallas Segway called me to confirm this time, he told me it wasn't available only the 3:tour was available, I reluctantly chose this tour,then as we were ending the conversation, I re confirmed the time with him he then said the 3:wasn't available but the 1:was, and "that could change minutes from now." I did not understand how or why it would change if I had already made a reservationI thought about it and agreed to give him a couple hours to email the instructions to me about where to park, what bring, etclike he had expressed during the phone call; I did not receive these instructions so I called to cancel the reservation, no one answered the phone, and relying on one of the things that he expressed while taking my credit card information, was that "I would not be charged until I show
