(after another roofing contractor inspected, was told that the Chimney was not "counter flashed")
"Shingles missing from roof ridge vent"
(again, per new contractor Feet of ridge cap was missing
Even more disturbing was building inspectors comments that the roof was "Marginal to satisfactory" in condition There was visible sloping in the roof
I hired another roofing contractor to fix these issues because three time Jeremy did not show up
horrible experiencewe had out interior paintedthey showed up late; didn't have the right supplies; sloppy-paint all over my carpet and trimI would never recommend them! I had to touch up the paint all over the house the day after completionOwner was to show up and help on the second day(he did not show)
I paid MrJeremy Bays owner of Bays Construction and Remodeling, $as a down payment to replace all siding on my homeThe contract was sign and money given to him on May 1, MrBays has never returned to my house to replace any siding, will not return my calls or texts and has not returned my money
