In regards to this complaint ID#[redacted], I had returned to the property and no one was home.  I had been there in the past as there were no leaks for months, and had phone conversations with homeowner.  I was to meet with the homeowner the week before but my son was getting surgery...

and I had limited time.  I climbed on to the roof and sealed a few areas that I thought was the problem, and left a note in the front screen door.  In the note I stated what I had done, and to call me if there were further leaking. I had not received any calls from the people, and assumed I had fixed the issue.  Later I received correspondence from your company that there was a complaint.  I looked through past paperwork and found a number, and it was their old house number that has since been turned off.  I went to their house, and talked to them and they told me that they had gotten someone else to do work.  Wife was quite rude and ignorant, saying I had not been out there and left a note.  I strive to maintain a business that makes all of its customers happy, but in this case it seems that this woman is very difficult to make happy.  In dealing with her in the past she was equally as rude and difficult but was able to manage, I guess that she will no longer be in contact with me, and to be quite honest I am relieved.sincerelyShawn S[redacted]ownerDallastown Roofing
