I am rejecting this response because:* When Dalis Services came here to quote, the ONLY reason we were having the work done was to go to a amp service and upgrade to a wire system throughout, otherwise we could have done it ourselves They did requote, and I was fine with the requote...although did not totally understand that we were not getting a total rewire like we asked until Dale explained it.* While Dale might be licensed in many areas, he was NEVER here, so all of his licensing is a moot point..* Dalis Services has not tried, but once, to get in touch with me, and we did speak on the phone and he was supposed to call me back, but has notI have since got my original PC fixed, so that has been taken care of.* As far as going behind his back with his employees, John told us that he did work on the side and would be happy to come and do work for us if we needed more His employees were supposed to be here by on both days, the first day they weren't here until around 10, took hours for lunch and were gone before my husband got home from work at The second day, they were here by 9:ish and were pacaking up when my husband got home The only reason they came on a Saturday was because they were not given enough time, per John, to do the work scoped out on the quote

I am rejecting this response because:*1  When Dalis Services came here to quote, the ONLY reason we were having the work done was to go to a 200 amp service and upgrade to a 3 wire system throughout, otherwise we could have done it ourselves.  They did requote, and I was fine with the requote...although did not totally understand that we were not getting a total rewire like we asked until Dale explained it.*2  While Dale might be licensed in many areas, he was NEVER here,  so all of his licensing is a moot point..*3  Dalis Services has not tried, but once, to get in touch with me, and we did speak on the phone and he was supposed to call me back, but has not. I have since got  my original PC fixed, so that has been taken care of.*4  As far as going behind his back with his employees, John told us that he did work on the side and would be happy to come and do work for us if we needed more.  His employees were supposed to be here by 9 on both days, the first day they weren't here until around 10, took 1.5 hours for lunch and were gone before my husband got home from work at 3...  The second day, they were here by 9:30 ish and were pacaking up when my husband got home...  The only reason they came on a Saturday was because they were not given enough time, per John, to do the work scoped out on the quote.
