I know that my current complaint is waiting on a response from Dalloway SchoolI do want to let you know that I finally did receive email responseBut now I have another issue with DallowayI believe that its a fraud or scam situation nowSee I officially lost a much needed job on Monday because they would not verify the diplomaWhen the company that wanted to give me a job told me that they couldn't move forward with the hiring because Dalloway School claimed they could not verify my diploma from them because they had no records prior to 07/I decided that I needed to try and reach them againSo I have been calling every day and leaving a msg with no return calls to me I have sent them emailsI got a response to the first one but nothing after thatAnd they would not provide me with anythingNo names no indication as to what happened 7/that caused all records to disappearnothing,If it is fraud I just don't want anyone else to end up loosing something they needed desperately the way that I didjust in general I would hate for anyone else to end up getting scammed by these peopleSo I am emailing you to find out what I need to do since things have changedDo I need to file a new complaint or just add to the currentPlease let me know and let me know if you need any additional informationThank you for your time

Review: Back in February 2006 after completing Dalloway Online High Schools courses/tests I purchased one of their graduation packages. Now a perspective employer is attempting to verify my diploma but they have been unable to reach anyone at the school to do so. I have been reaching out to the school myself thru both email as well as phone and have not received sufficient answers. Their website says that the diplomas they issue ARE verifiable however they are not honoring this,. I was given a number on my transcripts sent to me when I purchased the graduation package but this number is disconnected. The first email I sent them the response I got was that they did not have record of me and to contact the company I purchased the package from. I replied back informing them the only info I have(which includes email confirmation of the order) only lists the school and asked them how they can not have record of me when they are the school I completed my diploma thru. I have yet to get a response to second email requesting who I need to contact. I have since called the school at the number listed at the top of their website([redacted]). Left a message but have yet to receive a call back. I am at risk of loosing this job opportunity after a year of searching for a job all because of the school not honoring their verifiability of their diploma.Desired Settlement: I would like to be able to have this diploma verified. If turns out this is not possible I want credit of what I paid for the graduation package I paid for. Also if it costs me this job I want compensation for loss of employment. I have voicemails from the company that indicate they want to proceed with hiring me but can not until background check is complete and only thing they are waiting for on my background check is my diploma to be verified.... So if this school does not verify as their website indicates it would then I want compensation for the loss of this job that my family is depending on me getting. If that requires a lawsuit then I will go that route.

Review: This compay is using the internet to scam people.You are issued a piece of paper that says honorary diploma for a high school diploma and its not worth anything because the school is not recognized by anyone.I was told my grandson would get a high school diploma not an honorary high school diploma.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded and I want this company to stop scamming people with this type of paper.
