The owner of Sussex Tree states "integrity" and "exemplifies" the type of customer service they provide; then why didn't he extend that curtsey to me Let me explain my experience.When we met, an amount was not discussed until after I showed him the area of trees I wanted cut down So the only way he was "left with the impression the cost to perform these services exceeded her budget so we provided them with a daily rate for our services" is that he wasbeing bias Yes, I assumed, after showing him the two areas and him telling me a day, pausing, maybe two and quoting me a day price, that the majority, if not all the job, could be completed in a day After all, his in the tree business, I'm not, and I was expecting him to be honest with meYet, the deception still continues He sent the Revdex.com a proposal (the one I signed and faxed to him) with Item #having a squiggly line through it However, the proposal with my livesignature does not have Item #with a squiggly line through it What is he implying, that he never intended to do that section or that there was an agreement between him and I that that section was to be omitted I never asked for any changes to be made to the proposal, so the proposal I faxed to him should not have been altered without my consent Furthermore, his work order states "hrsbig trees remove - Priority"; however, one of the two big trees is still standing and the crew was not at my residence for two hours Did he under estimate again, or was it the crew? I don't know, but there is a disconnect somewhere.So if he really wants to claim "It is our opinion this example further exemplifies the type of customer service we provide and upholds the reputation our company has in the community" then I suggest he complete the job He cannot claim integrity by being dishonest and deceptive.I've attached the original proposal that I signed and faxed to him, along with the work order he uploaded for the two hour job
We are in receipt of the claimants rebuttal response via a letter from the Revdex.com dated, 4/14/16. Our values are built upon honesty and superior customer service. For this reason we still stand behind our original response.We look forward to bringing closure to this matter.
