I have copied the pictures from my phone and pasted them in this emailAs you can see in one picture the small indent caused from the chisel tool they use and the other is the original wrap that was peeling off that they said they replaced which they didn’tThe date and times are at the top of the photos Please let me know when you receive them.I reached out the other business location and spoke to another owner named BrandonHe said he would let the majority owner [redacted] know I called( not sure if he will)

I took some more photos of the inside (the only part they re-did) as you can see it’s not done right as the vinyl wrap is peeling and bubbling upThey are refusing t correct again

When the vehicle came in the shop we were going to tint the taillights when we noticed one of them was crackedOne of our managers called the customer to tell them it was cracked and that we could not wrap it the way it wasThe customer was adamant about the taillight not being cracked beforeIt
went back and forth and eventually I ended up buying him a new taillight and tinted itHe came in a couple weeks ago, we wrapped the dash with vinylWhen the gentleman came to pick it up he told us the vehicle was dented and he wanted to know what tools we usedWe use little chisels and nothing that could dent a panelHe didn’t show anyone where the dent was, just like the taillightHe became irate with the manager of the west county store and the ownerThat is when he was asked to leaveThe manager recorded the conversation because he was threatening themEllisville police came and escorted him from the property

I do not accept the business responseI also recorded the conversationI did not make threats to the businessAt the end of January I received a call that I had paid for work but only part of the work had been doneI was told there was a new manager, ***, and that I should bring the car back to have the rest of the work doneThey then tried to charge me more and said the previous manager gave me an incorrect price and was let go for damaging vehiclesThey then came back and said they would honor the price that I had in writing*** told me if I had any issues to come backVery soon the vinyl started peeling and I asked them what they were going to do and I asked about the tail light that they said they would replaceI was told they would not replace it so I again had to talk to the owner againFinally, I went in there and they had my tail light but I was told they would not do the workI talked to the owner again and was told that was incorrectI told them to just tint the tail light and I would take it somewhere else to be installedI asked about the material peeling, just weeks after work done, and they did not want to address itI was told by the owner that they would the work for me, inside and outside trimAll they did was touch ups and it is still peelingI asked what tools were used and the manager told me they did not use tools but when I call the owner he explained to me what tools they useI was asked to leave and I was on the phone with the owner when the police arrivedI was asked to leave the property and I didI showed the office the damage and they refused to make a police report and said that I would need to file suitAll I am asking for is my money back so I can take my car back to get it done properlyThey did multiple wrap jobs because they were done incorrectly and still peelingNow nobody will respond to meThe work is not done properly and I am still seeking a refund
