I am so shocked at the poor customer service provided by this companyWe had hired Dalrock to be at our house at 8AM on a Friday morning to repair our foundationMy husband had to work until 9PM several nights that week so that he could take off on Friday to be there for the repairs - not to mention the fact that he had to jump through hoops just to get the day offAt 7AM the day of the repairs (one hour before they were supposed to show up at our house) I get a call rudely telling me that they were too busy to get to me that day and they would come out the following MondayWe never received an apology and they never requested a time to rescheduleInstead they told me what day they would show up instead despite the fact that I had previously discussed our scheduling restraints with DalrockAfter several calls, and half of my work day spent on this issue, my father agreed to drive hours to be at my house for the repairsWhen I called to reschedule the repairs I asked for a call from a supervisor to discuss the huge inconvenience that this caused usIt took a whole week for me to get a call back from the owner who told me that I could have "just left my garage door open" and they could do the repairs without us being home to avoid us being further inconveniencedThis, of course, isn't an option unless we wanted to be robbed by whoever happened to drive by a wide open, unattended garage!! The owner of the company then told me that they've decided to not do the repairs since I was already upset about the last minute cancelation and I'll probably get "sore" about something else I was never rude or hateful during this entire situation; however, I did expect some kind of apology at the very least for the huge inconvenience and the inconsiderate way we were treatedWe never even got an "I'm sorry" from the owner or the receptionistThe only person in this company who was kind and polite was the inspector, Jamie, and I would highly recommend that he moves to a company with a higher level of professionalism that is more suited to his skill levelDalrock only brings him downI absolutely would not recommend Dalrock Foundation Repair to anyone due to their inability to keep a scheduled appointment, their inability to apologize, and their extremely poor customer service

I am so shocked at the poor customer service provided by this company. We had hired Dalrock to be at our house at 8AM on a Friday morning to repair our foundation. My husband had to work until 9PM several nights that week so that he could take off on Friday to be there for the repairs - not to mention the fact that he had to jump through hoops just to get the day off. At 7AM the day of the repairs (one hour before they were supposed to show up at our house) I get a call rudely telling me that they were too busy to get to me that day and they would come out the following Monday. We never received an apology and they never requested a time to reschedule. Instead they told me what day they would show up instead despite the fact that I had previously discussed our scheduling restraints with Dalrock. After several calls, and half of my work day spent on this issue, my father agreed to drive 2 hours to be at my house for the repairs. The only person in this company who was kind and polite was the inspector, Jamie, and I would highly recommend that he moves to a company with a higher level of professionalism that is more suited to his skill level. Dalrock only brings him down. I absolutely would not recommend Dalrock Foundation Repair to anyone due to their inability to keep a scheduled appointment, their inability to apologize, and their extremely poor customer service.

Dalrock did the foundation work on my home about 10 years ago, before I bought it. The foundation seems fine, but I was looking through my paperwork and discovered the warranty was not transferred by the title company at purchase. Even though Dalrock requires a warranty to be transferred within 30 days of purchase, the company agreed to transfer the warranty, years later, after I explained the oversight. So my foundation is holding up through this recent drought, and the company goes above and beyond to stand behind its work.

Very easy to work with. Cleaned up area and replaced plants. Excellent job I would highly recommend them!
