yard, back right side up to the driveway and left side all the way to the sidewalkRemove debris.'Note: Mr***s house was built on a vary low position in the lot, with the foundations and part of the side of the house buried on dirt and surround by newly constructed homes and condominiumsMaking his yard become a center of water accumulation from all the surroundings, with no place for the water to run off. He was offered several solutions, but chose the least expensive one, which was to grading creating a channel in the center of yard to lead the water to both right and left sides of the yardIt was very limited space to work with the gradeThe water is slowly being leaded to the sides, and in the process of creating this grading it was found a big area of ledge on the way, in which forced us to work around it, very challenge spot to work with. Even though we were able to free the dirt form the foundation and part of the deck. The damage of the siding, was not caused by our machines, or worker, but it was buried in the dirt, and by the time we exposed the siding, he was now able to see it and it was already damagedThe damages on the siding are existing and older damages, visible that is an pre existing damage, only it was covered by the dirt before. The final contract was signed very late in the season in 2014, the ground was already starting to freeze with the cold temperatures, in which added to more difficulty on getting the work doneBecause of this timing, we had offered Mr*** to go back in the Spring of if necessaryIn which we did. We came back to final grade, installed fresh top soil , repaired the irrigation system and hydroseed, now only not the back (included on the contract) but the entire property. According to our agreement, our work is completed, and in order to change what was done and approved by Mr***, it will involve a different scope of work adding additional costs to the project. This would be a bigger project, involving more labor, machinery and materials, due its yards condition (very limited to work on natural grade), in which Mr***, at our initial estimate wanted to avoid due to the heavy cost of the projectIt has been very well explained to Mr, *** the different options he had, and once again he had chosen the more cost efficient option. We have been working very hard with Mr***, and we have brought his yard to a better position, even using the low cost approach, we were very surprised after all the effort and time we have spent going back in the Spring to make sure that he was pleased with the work we have done, and at the end he reported our company to Revdex.com. We are sorry to hear that Mr*** is still unsatisfied with our response to his initial complaint request. In order to better solve this issue, we have attached pictures and we do have a video that will show Mr***'s yard after days of rain storms. The video and pictures will also show the surrounding neighborhood and how the other properties are more elevated compared to Mr***'s. Its important to mention that these pictures and video were taken right after our work was done in the beginnig of this season, when we went back to continue the work that was originally started late December of last yearAs you can see, the were not any more water left and the drainage we have created to Mr*** did work, even though the grass we had recently seeded had not grown at the time. The pictures Mr*** sent on the previous complaint were take during the heavy storm, and he did sent them to Dalto early in the morningDalto did stop by at am in that same day, and took the pictures I have attached showing no signs of water puddles. We hope that now with the seeded grass full grown Mr*** is not having any more issues, and we believe that the work our company was hired to do is fully complete. The substandard quality of work that m/s Daltos has delivered exists as testimony to their workmanship and I need say no more. Please see the attached pictures. However I'd like to point out some flagrant mis-representations in their replyMr Dalto is trying obfuscate his main shortcomingThat instead of removing earth from behind our house, his crew just shifted earth from one part to the other in the process creating a shallow area behind our house where water accumulates during rains and ice forms in the winter.2. I'll challenge Mr Dalto to produce ANY evidence (such as an email exchange) of having offered alternate plans. We have his quotes on email. 3. Also at no point did Mr Dalto point out that the work happening in our neighborhood would in anyway impact his own job. Neither did he ever say that weather would be a problem and in fact continued to work well into December. Complaining about it later is dishonestWe have telephonic evidence of the number of times we called him to get him to come back to our house in the spring and rectify his poor jobIt is disingenuous of him to claim anything else. We ask for a full refund of the money we paid Mr Dalto for the back yard job. In the event any of our children are hurt this winter due to ice accumulation in the backyard we will pursue legal action
