I have used Miamisburg Appliances twice now and I will not use anyone elseFirst time our central air unit was only blowing out warm air (two years ago)They cleaned the system out and it worked greatLast week all we got was a buzzing sound from the same unit and the blade was not spinningI set up an appointment for today, they were here on time, found the problem within minutes, replaced the part, and were gone in less than a half hourFor the service call, parts, and labor it was still less than I was prepared to spendThey have a customer for life with meHIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I called Miamisburg Appliances around 10:00AM on Thursday May 7, 2015 for service on my home air conditioner. The man said it would be done tomorrow, Friday May 8. I called them again on Friday May 8 at 2:10PM because no one had showed up or called. The lady said he would be here. At 4:50PM May 8 still no one had showed up or called, so I called again. The lady asked if I wanted to cancel. I said no, I wanted it done today May 8 as scheduled. She assured me someone would show up. No one ever showed up on May 8 and no one ever called. They wasted my entire day allowing me to wait around for my scheduled appointment Friday May 8 and not showing up or calling that day.
