Patrick *. Dalton whose drivers license shows his address at *** and is president of Dalton Enterprises LLC conducted series of loan fee scams and stole $12,800 since June 07, 2018 to date (Feb. 04, 2019) by having pretended as if his company would provide loan to our company for $1.5MM but the fund has never been delivered. The man acted solely as a loan fee scammer and told many fictitious stories as if the fund shall be delivered immediately after the last fees have been paid by us via iTunes cards. Also, he sent us twice fake wire transfer confirmations from BBVA Compass Bank but the fund never had been delivered to us. He continued begging us to make some payment by pretending that he had no money to complete transfer of loan fund and solicited us to make iTunes card payment for $100-$200 per each solicitation.
One criminal scam conduct he made was when we requested a part of his loan delivery for $50,000 to our office's landlord's account, but he never complied it by sending a fake fund transfer addressed to our landlord's account. This incredible scam and criminal fraud made our landlord evict our company from the office and as of August 2018, our company was forced to evict from the lease property and lost about $250K value business assets and information left behind.
This kind of irresponsible and sneaky scammer criminal must be expelled from lending business immediately as its existence shall just harm other serious people and businesses by it so malicious attempt to steal other people's hard earned money.

I am sending this message together with some fraud proving documents such as loan agreements and loan application forms in which address of Dalton Enterprises LLC is shown. In the loan application form, there are 3 addresses in the letter head but I am not sure which one is correct, or all are fakes.
This man, Patrick *. Dalton seems to be a single player as scammer but always he pretends as if he were a part of Board of Directors of the companies he belongs.
In regard with the exact address is concerned, I believed his driver's license address were the best clear address but because of the nature of such scammer thief, I am not sure how we can clearly identify his real address.
One proof of address for sure is, the corporate registration file in the name of "Dalton & Associates LLC, Winged Foot Blue Bell, Montgomery, PA 19422" as such corporate regisitration file was used by Patrick Dalton as a proof of his legitimacy as lender and he sent such corporate file.
