I can adjust [redacted] bill if she would inform me of when she went with the other company that is not public service regulated.  We are just like any utility company, without being told when someone "moves" or "quits", we have no clue to stop the service.  Once she forwards the...

information to me regarding her "stop" date, I will adjust the bill accordingly.[redacted] did pay her bill but she paid for only 1 home when she in fact knew that it was 2 homes placing their garbage in her bin.  I have notes that I took regarding her account.  She was asked to separate the garbage and she failed to do that - being that we pick up numerous bags from numerous customers, there is no way we know what bags are hers nor will I expect my driver's to dig through trash to find hers.  If she had just "changed the color's of her bags", she could have informed me after the first notification there was a problem and we would have continued to pick hers up.  We cannot run a business financially when we are continuously facing the problem of people paying for only 1 home but allowing 2 or more to use it.As in the comment that the person with Dalton's was rude - that also is not a true statement.  I have NEVER and will NEVER mistreat a customer; regardless of the situation.I will be more than happy to work with [redacted] if she would like to call our office.  Due to storm's yesterday, we lost our phone's and internet and it was just restored about an hour ago.?
