We have worked with this customer on the complaints, we have fixed everything except for the stuccowhich we will pay for the repairSome of the complaint is petty due to you are installing new concrete tying in to old and can not get a perfect finish that this person thinks should happen Asphalt is an oil based product that can leave a stain on concrete that we did cleanI am sorry for this experience they have facedWe are a fully insured company and respect our clientsI am sorry that we had delays in completing the repairsYou can make some of the people happy some of the time butt you can not make all the people happy all of the time
