We received a request for
service from Home Advisor for Mrs. [redacted]. We contacted Mrs. [redacted] and set appointment to install a water filter system. We went to the
customer house and
inspected the area, advised customer the scope of work and the cost.
When we did not hear backfrom customer is...
when we sent her an invoice of $65 for the inspection of work.We talked to Mrs. [redacted]after shesent the complaint tothe Revdex.com. We explainto Mrs. [redacted] that when a customer calls us and set an
appointment, we assume that they understand that
there would be a charge. We tried to explain that there are cost the we have for a service tech to come out to the house and the company can't do this se rvic e for free
(labor, gas, insurance, license, truck maintance and
etc.). We only changed Mrs. [redacted] a $65 inspection of work charge not thefull $109 service call fee.We have talked to Mrs. [redacted] and came to an
agreement. She has made payment in full to the agreement. At this point we feel that this matter
has been resolved.
