The substandard quality of work that m/s Daltos has delivered exists as testimony to their workmanship and I need say no more. Please see the attached pictures. However I'd like to point out some flagrant mis-representations in their reply.1. Mr Dalto is trying obfuscate his main shortcoming. That instead of removing earth from behind our house, his crew just shifted earth from one part to the other in the process creating a shallow area behind our house where water accumulates during rains and ice forms in the winter.2. I'll challenge Mr Dalto to produce ANY evidence (such as an email exchange) of having offered alternate plans. We have his quotes on email. 3. Also at no point did Mr Dalto point out that the work happening in our neighborhood would in anyway impact his own job. 4. Neither did he ever say that weather would be a problem and in fact continued to work well into December. Complaining about it later is dishonest.5. We have telephonic evidence of the number of times we called him to get him to come back to our house in the spring and rectify his poor job. It is disingenuous of him to claim anything else. We ask for a full refund of the money we paid Mr Dalto for the back yard job. In the event any of our children are hurt this winter due to ice accumulation in the backyard we will pursue legal action
