Dalworth Clean has not offered to refund the difference in my written charges of about $and the charge of the service man of about $420.00. This is for one room and hall---no furniture was moved and I now have a foul smell in my entire house. I want the written quoted
price honored. The person providing the quote was informed of the issue and that no furniture would require moving. I have been told that the carpet in the den and hall will require removal and replacement. Can you help me or not?

I have spoken to the client and we are refund=ding/sending him $for the plumbing bill

We still have a leak that was improperly repaired. We are 100% confident this issue was caused by Dalworth. The technician that came out did not say it was a prior issue at all. We have requested Dalworth to supply evidence showing how they have determined that the leak was a preexisting conditon. With regards to the 250 offer I reject this as I was contacted by Dalworth after I filed this complaint and they were requesting to take care of the drywall services. I advised I had already hired a someone to take care of it and would be sending them a bill. I offer Dalworth the opportunity to go out a complete the work since the contractor I hired had already started the job, he declined and asked how much the repair would be, I contacted our contractor and he estimated about 250 but as he had not completed the job could not be definite. I again request Dalworth to take responsibility for the AC leak and repair our drywall damage that was caused by their employee. The house was vacant at the time the job was completed and we had not moved in until after the repair. The ac was running without issues for 30 days prior to Dalworth hire without issues. Again the leak was repaired improperly and we now have a new leak. We place to hire a a seperate provider and will email you with our updated bills.

We always quote "normal cleaning" prices over the phone or on line. if there are issues, determined by the technicians, that exceed the normal cleaning scope, we present that to the client so that they can either choose to do the service or decline. Mr. [redacted] chose the service presented by the technician and signed an agreement prior to our performing the service. (we have the forms with his initials on file). having said that, the reason that we have been reaching out and attempting to communicate with Mr. [redacted] is simply to make an appointment to send our field manager out to see if we can fix the problem (or at the very least inspect the problem ) to validate the lack of resolution and to come to an equitable resolution with Mr. [redacted]. I am sure he will agree that it is ONLY FAIR that when someone agrees to pay for a service and then maintains a dissatisfaction with that service that the service provider should have the right to verify the issue. Good business practices would dictate that we could not stay in business very long by just refunding any amount requested by individuals without validation. Again-we are not refusing to resolve the issue, we are simply asking for a FAIR evaluation of the issue.

Dalworth Clean not only misrepresented their quote and then tripled the price but have left a foul odor that is in my entire house.  I will be contacting legal aid for a refund of the extra charge but will begin a FACEBOOK POSTING with the total details and copies of their quote and charges.  I am sure that the thousands of people in the DFW area that are on Facebook will appreciate the information.  I have also set an appointment for one of the major local television stations to come out and give my house a smell test and see the STILL DIRTY LOOKING CARPET in my den.  Dalworth should have tried to repay the difference in charges from their written quotation.  Dalworth will receive a lot of media attention that will be free for them. We will refund Mr. [redacted] the amount of $289.57. That is the amount of $419.47 Minus $129.90. I will have the amount credited to Mr. [redacted];'s account. I presume we can consider the matter closed!

We are issuing a refund for the $388.00. It will be refunded by tomorrow-close of business. We were NOT clear as to the Labor Charges and since it is our responsibility to be CRYSTAL CLEAR we are refunding the amount requested. Tell us why here...
