They always do a thorough job in cleaning our rugs. Generous in community involvement also makes them a top notch business!

Their online ordering system is deceitful. I picked the services that I wanted and gave correct room dimensions, rug dimensions and asked for a granite cleaning. I received a confirmation for my services with appt time/date It listed all carpets to be cleaned and granite cleaning for a total price of $372. The rugs were not added .
The tech shows up on time and reviews my order and then explains to me it is incorrect and to have the services I wanted would cost roughly an additional $900, includes pet treatment for carpets, 2 area rugs and granite cleaning. I made the appointment to prepare for family gatherings and had no time to cancel and look for alternative cleaners.
I added enzyme pet cleaning services even though the confirmation says "all stains" will be cleaned. My original $372 bill went to $555.00 to clean 3 bedrooms and a den. Very little furniture was moved, only middle of rooms and traffic flow areas were cleaned. Attached closets were not cleaned in 2 bedrooms.
They need to remove their online ordering and make their confirmation responses clear to what to expect for the total price that they quote.
My carpets are still damp after 15 hours and I'm not convinced there was any pet treatment done to one room as it smells slightly of urine.
