in her eyes. On October **, 2015 patient came in to store complaining about fit stating she doesn't have time to remember right eye and left eye prescription and keeps mixing them up. Therefore she wants the same prescription in each eye. The brand of the contacts wasn't discussed at that visit. Our staff consulted with the Dr. and gave patient another trial at no charge in the prescription that patient requested. The patient called the next day to ask for the brand of the contacts and was told that the Dr. is out of the office at which time she cursed out the Dr. and staff. Ultimately the patient got everything she wanted.
