1) We did not charge Platinum Volkswagon to remove the bumpers on the mentioned vehiclesNo service invoice or repair order given to our shop detailing the specifics of the repairs required. 2) When the *** was dropped off for repairs by a driver, he told our shop that the quarter
panel was to be repairedAgain, there was no service invoice or repair order given to our shop detailing the specifics of the repairs requiredWe went on the word of the driver that dropped off the vehicle. 3) *** spoke to *** on Friday evening when the *** was finished, including the door that we DID fix once we were told to do so by Platinum and they spoke about the invoices that were do our shop*** advised Josh to bring $check for the repairs for all the previous work upon pick up of the ***When Platinum came to pick up the *** they did not have a check so subsequently we did not release vehicle. 4) The $that was paid to us was for the the previous vehicles that we repaired which totaled $*** discounted those invoices to Platinum down to $*** never charged Platinum for the repairs on the Altlas in question, for the quarter and the door. They sare not telling the truth in their response, they not responsive answering calls They actually would not take my serivce managers calls at one point is why I was involved with this in the first placeThey did not finish the work n time They failed to repair the rear door on the *** the first time We showed up on Saturday and they did not release our car to us Net is the terms that both parties accepted they were our customer before we used their shop The work on cars had to be done over because of the failure to let cure and clear coat the bumpers correctly The Touareg had to be redone to to drips in the paint A total failure on service and and workmanship They claim the reduced the bill all was the fast and bad work of their employees you can't charge people for your mistakes Business to business unethical
