They sare not telling the truth in their response, they not responsive answering calls. They actually would not take my serivce managers calls at one point is why I was involved with this in the first place. They did not finish the work n time. They failed to repair the rear door on the [redacted] the first time. We showed up on Saturday and they did not release our car to us. Net 30 is the terms that both parties accepted they were our customer before we used their shop. The work on 3 cars had to be done over because of the failure to let cure and clear coat the bumpers correctly. The Touareg had to be redone to to drips in the paint. A total failure on service and and workmanship. They claim the reduced the bill all was the fast and bad work of their employees you can't charge people for your mistakes. Business to business unethical.

Business said they can take her off the schedule. They had originally told customer it would be 4 - 6 weeks from May, but the weather this year has put them further behind. The business apologizes for the delay and her inconvenience.
