When I contacted them they told me they would help with processing a claim against Dam Waterproofing and now I'm not getting anywhere.  I will attach the invoice and the pictures I have. All our materials are purchased from local stores ([redacted]. [redacted], [redacted], etc..) All sump pumps and dehumidiers will increase electric consumption. We cannot guarantee electric.
As stated in our contract we can only guarantee against Water seepage only. This guarantee covers water seepage to floor areas only opened by DAM. All sump pumps have a 1 year manufacturer's guarantee.
