It is quite apparent to me Mr*** *** is wanting something for nothing.I have completed his home as per quote and then some. The extra cost was as follows:1. Provide and install two LED flood lights 2. Install two volt amp GFCI circuits3. provide and install two
recess light fixtures4. provide and install one brass floor receptacle5. install conduit from out building to home for TV and data cableThese extra items at cost of $960.00, which Mr*** was aware of.I would like to know what we did not complete, as you can see by his own admission, we accomplished more than was quoted.He asked me to wire a generator illegally and I refused to do that as it would not meet the N.E.Crequirements. I feel that is why he is complaining(He wanted that for free also)I feel that we have done all that was required of us

It is still unclear as to what Mr*** wants us to do. So *** Whalen **will be calling Mr*** to get a specific list

The list Mr. [redacted] Whalen provided is incorrect and he knows it. and I know understand why he has refused to provide me a list of the extra Items this last year. Total Paid is $11,9301. Provide and install LED Flood lights That is on the attached document and was part of what he changed his quote from $10,575 to $11,0252. Install two 120volt 20 amp GFCI Circuits. Also not the attached document and part of his original quote3. Provide and install two recess light fixtures I do not know how to respond to that as the quote shows 25 recessed light fixtures on attached document...4.Provide and install one brass floor receptacle. He promised 2 in his quote again on attached document..5. Install conduit from out building to home for TV and data cable was part of condition to do the job he aggreed to do this for me in the begenning as I had most of the conduit nessasary for him to do it behind the barn and we looked at it he told me that was no problem he would be digging a trench their anyway and he would do it as part of the job.

Just for the record, Mr. [redacted] never called the office concerning this matter and if he called my cell phone, sometimes I cannot answer because of my work.I met with Mr. [redacted] and talked with him about his issues.  He admitted he called the Revdex.com because he was upset and in a hurry.  He also acknowledged that we did not have in our quote about the outlet for the well or wiring for the generator.I have never over charged him or any of my customers in the eighteen years of being in business. But since he needs the money to finish his project, we are sending him a check by certified mail in the amount of $905.00.I will consider this matter closed and will have no more dealings or conversations with Mr. [redacted].

February, 03, 2016 I do not accept his offer of $905 for the following reasons. 1st. Mr. Whalen’s first sentence about me not calling the office is a straight up wrong, as it was him that told me early on when we started to build the house not to call the office but to call his cell phone as that was the best way to get ahold of him. 2nd. Mr. Whalen’s next sentence states he met with me. When in fact he has never met with me during this time or any other since the complaint was filed. He also claims false statements by me during this imaginary meeting 3rd. He states he has never over charged any of his customers I know to be false as he over charged me. He also states I was in a hurry is why I contacted the Revdex.com which is also false as this job was supposed to be completed Dec. 2014 and this is now Feb. 2016  that is 14 Months. I was patient for quite some time. 4th. The amount he has taken from me is $1950. Not $905. 5th. There are still 2 plugs in the house that don’t work. One in the laundry room to the Ironing board, One GFI in the garage that trips when you so much as plug a phone charger in to it.  In closing I will still be true to my word to him on the phone and accept $1500 of the $1950 that he owes me if received within the next 30 days. If not received in the next 30 days it is my intent to contact legal counsel to pursue not only the amount owed but legal and court filing fees the amount of the repairs, liability for false statements made about myself or anyone else associated in this matter, compensation for time spent in pursuit of this matter as well as any other fees cost or travel associated in this manner.
